If a diagnostic instrument or accessory arrives defective, non-functional, or deviates from the ordered technical specifications, you may request a technical exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. To process a technical return, the equipment must be completely unused, unaltered, free of clinical exposure, and kept in its original sterile packaging with all manufacturer certifications, calibration seals, and manuals intact.
3.2 Sterile & Contamination Exclusions
To maintain strict infection control and biosecurity standards for our healthcare community, any items that have been unsealed, exposed to clinical environments, or come into direct patient contact—including surgical instruments, diagnostic probes, personal protective equipment (PPE), and opened accessories—cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
3.3 Verification & Refund Timeline
Once your returned equipment is received at our central engineering and quality control hub, it undergoes a rigorous technical inspection to verify its sterile condition and serial numbers. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method or issued as institutional store credit within 7-10 business days. Return shipping logistics for verified manufacturer defects will be fully managed and covered by MedLogic.
